Paint Correction is a service targeted at mildly to heavily swirled vehicles, refreshing the clear coat by removing any clear coat damage. The main focus of this service is giving the car the appearance of a new paint job. A paint correction involves a 2 step cut and polish stage. First the vehicle is prepped with a full exterior detail. This detail gets into every nook and cranny to ensure the paint is as clean as can be. After the wash is complete, the decontamination phase begins. First an iron remover is sprayed over every inch of the vehicle. Secondly a clay bar and clay lubricant are used to remove any further imbedded contamination. The vehicle is then hand dried using plush korean microfiber.

Once the wash and decontamination is complete, the paint correction begins. Any plastic trim(excluding piano black plastic), window seals, emblems, and wheels will be taped or covered to ensure there is no compound staining. The paint correction then begins with a medium/heavy cut over the whole vehicle. Typically 2-5 passes will be made over each body panel working in 4×5 areas. The vehicle is the finished with a polish and softer foam pad. A highly recomended additon to the paint correction is a ceramic coating.
